PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof/moisture-proof cover for rolled toilet paper and paper roller for preventing a rolled toilet paper and a paper roller attached in the room of integrating toilet and bath from being wet with splashed water or moisture at the time of using the bath. SOLUTION: The waterproof/moisture-proof cover for a rolled toilet paper 6 and a paper roller 5 is attached so as to cover and seal the rolled toilet paper 6 and the paper roller 5 on a wall attaching the paper roller 5 in the room of integrating toilet and bath and is constituted so as to enable partial attachment/detachment for rolled toilet paper exchange and the opening of a lower part for using the rolled toilet paper 6.
