PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device downsizing a load part having a matching plate and a bundle discharging belt. SOLUTION: In a sheet processing part reciprocating rack gears 41b, 42b integrally formed with a pair of matching plates 41a, 42a in a intersecting direction in a sheet width direction to match a sheet bundle on a processing tray and discharging the sheet bundle from the processing tray with a bundle discharging belt 60, the rack gears 41b, 42b is disposed to penetrate the bundle discharging belt 60. Therefore, the height between the matching plates 41a, 42a and the bundle discharging belt 60 positioned close thereto is shortened in a vertical direction, which enables downsizing a processing part and a device.
