PURPOSE: A delivery system and method using communications network and the subway is provided to increase the quality of customer service by managing so that goods purchased by off-line or on-line can be delivered to a desired place using the subway precisely at a lower price. CONSTITUTION: A server of an operator system receives order information from a supplier(S10). The operator server appoints a nearest station using the order information and announces it to the supplier(S20). The operator server transmits delivery information to a deliverer(S30). The operator server receives delivery completion information from the deliverer(S40). The operator server transmits the delivery completion information to a client(S50). The settlement between the client, the supplier, the operator and the deliverer is made(S60).
