PURPOSE: An input circuit with a fuse is provided to minimize a drop of a signal transfer speed of a semiconductor device by reducing input capacitance. CONSTITUTION: An input circuit(100, 200) with a fuse having at least a pad(110, 210) and an internal circuit(120, 220) comprises at least a protection element and a fuse(140a, 140b, 240a, 240b). The pad receives an electrical signal from the exterior. The internal circuit is connected to each pad by a signal transfer line(150, 250). The protection element protect the internal circuit from an excessive electrical signal input from the exterior, of which a terminal is connected to the signal transfer line. The fuse electrically disconnects the protection circuit from the pad and the internal circuit by disconnecting a first node and a second node of the fuse, in which the first node is connected to the protection circuit and the second node is connected to the signal transfer line.
