PURPOSE: An administration method for advertisement broadcasting is for advertising merchandise for sale using various internet transmission media and for taking orders by a service of ARS(Automatic Response Service) voice electronic signature system. CONSTITUTION: A broadcaster(2) for advertisement takes merchandise instead of advertisement cost from a client(1) requesting the advertisement and sells the merchandise without margin for compensating for the advertisement cost. The sale is done only using ARS voice electronic signature system in the order of receipt. When a purchaser watches advertisement broadcasting, the purchaser must promptly order the merchandise if the purchaser wants to buy it. Although the purchaser takes the cost of usage of ARS service, the purchaser can buy a merchandise at cost price if the order is accepted. In case that a purchaser pays the cost of the merchandise using credit card, information about the credit card, such as card serial number, expiration date, etc, is transmitted to credit card company and permission is requested. This method derives the usage of ARS service and makes profit through this service.
