PURPOSE: A method for issuing and delivering tax invoices through the Internet is provided to issue and deliver tax invoices and dealing specifications which a seller supplying a commodity sale and services to be delivered to a buyer received a commodity purchase and services, through an electronic transmission system such as the Internet. And the method enables tax offices deliver related tax notices to each company through e-mail, when contents of the tax invoices and dealing specifications are transmitted to a computer system of tax offices in a predetermined time such as a tax notice period after being stored in an Internet server. CONSTITUTION: A method for issuing and delivering tax invoices through the Internet, comprises the steps as follows. A seller connected to a server through the Internet inputs seller information and sale specifications. Tax invoices and dealing specifications are automatically made based on the inputted sale specifications. The made tax invoices and dealing specifications are transmitted to a seller and a buyer in a remote place, through an electronic transmission system. Sale contents information including the transmitted tax invoices and dealing specifications is stored in the server.
