PURPOSE: A medical treatment apparatus using low frequency with thermal function is provided, which outputs stable frequency using a micom saving various treatment programs, gives an effect of fomentation with a semiconductor heater. CONSTITUTION: A low frequency medical device(1) includes an indicating part(2) which shows state of an action mode of system; a low frequency generating part which makes high potential of oscillation voltage from a power source and provides electric pulses of the low frequency to a ceramic part(7) attached to body; an oscillation part which provides fundamental frequency for generating low frequency of electric pulses; a key input part; a heater inside the ceramic part, which performs a function of thermal fomentation as the control signal of the micom; and a temperature sensing part which perceives the temperature of the ceramic part and sends to the micom to stop the system action when the temperature is over standard. A shock prevention part which reduces voltage when the voltage from the power source becomes over normal; and a power failure sensing part are added to the medical device.
