PURPOSE: An emulsion fuel oil mixed with livestock feces and urine that has higher activity than the emulsion oil containing human urine, good combustion efficiency and quality of oil is provided. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion fuel oil mixed with waste livestock urine according to the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of bunker C oil and 5 to 30 parts by weight of waste livestock urine. The method for preparing the emulsion oil according to the present invention comprises collecting livestock waste matters in the livestock wastes collecting container, precipitating the waste matters, filtering the waste matters and aging the filtrate at temperature of 50 to 60°C for 30 to 48 hours to obtain aged liquid of livestock waste matters and then mixing and stirring the aged liquid with bunker C oil at 500 to 1500 rpm to obtain the emulsion fuel oil.
