<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample cell for chemical standard sample analysis, by which carbon or sulfur can be quantitatively analyzed more precisely by removing other contamination sources in which carbon or sulfur is contained. SOLUTION: This cell is provided with a heat-resistant and oxidation-resistant ceramic sample container 11 into which a sample is put. The cell is provided with a heat-resistant and oxidation-resistant ceramic cover case 12 which has a space part 15 on the bottom part inside the sample container 11, and which is housed inside the sample container 11. In addition, the cell is provided with a heating conductor 13 which is housed inside the cover case 12 in a low- pressure state. Since the sample container 11 and the cover case 12 are oxidation-resistant in the cell, CO, CO2 or SO2 is not generated from the sample container 11 and the cover case 12, and they do not become a contamination source when carbon or sulfur is measured. In addition, since the heating conductor 13 is housed inside the cover case 12 in the low-pressure state, it may not become a contamination source.</p> |
