PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader hook for easily preventing detachment of a restrained state even when a leader tape or a connection tape slacken. SOLUTION: This is a leader hook 10 provided at the top end of a leader tape 16 which is constituted of a rectangular frame body formed of a pair of snap members 14, a first axial member 12, and a second axial member 15 in which the first axial member 12 is arranged at the top end edge of the leader tape 16 for restraining both edges of a pin member 17 provided along the top end edge of a connection table 11 of a drive device, and for connecting the leader taper 16 with the connection tape 11. A pair of snap members 14 are provided with restraining opening 24 on the opposite inner faces for slide restraining each edge of the pin member 17. The restraining opening 24 is provided with a snap 23 narrower than the dimension of the pin member 17 so that the both edges of the pin member 17 can be restrained when allowed to pass through the snap parts 14.
