摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To entrance the working efficiency and to reduce the cost by miniaturizing a welding chamber. SOLUTION: A laser emission head 30 for supporting-lattice welding is installed outside a chamber 13 in which a supporting lattice is housed. The supporting lattice is supported by two supports in which respective supporting jigs 24, 25, 26 extended from three corner parts 20A, 20B, 20C of a welding jig 20 supporting a side face 1c are connected to erection parts of a base part. A chamber support base 14 which is installed on a base 11a is screwed to a guide shaft which is turned normally and reversely by a driving motor, and it is slid on a guide 12. An inert gas is filled into the chamber through holes inside the two supports. Thereby, the chamber 13 is moved relatively with respect to the supporting lattice in the focus position of a laser beam from the laser emission head 30.</p>
