PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain smooth attraction by means of a cooling fan by isolating cooling wind on the inner side than a partition board from cooling wind from the outside of the partition board so that they may not be merged with each other until both cooling winds are fed to the outer periphery of the cooling fan, thereby guiding both cooling winds to the cooling fan while being controlled so that its flow may be stabilized. SOLUTION: A partition board 26 which divides a space forming the cooling fan 9 of a flywheel 2 in the height wise direction of the cooling fan 9 is mounted on the flywheel 2, a closing board 35 closing the space between the respective cooling fans 9 from the outside is mounted on the front end of the cooling fan 9 in the height wise direction, and a radiation fin 5c is formed on a coil plate 5 mounting a stator coil 6 to a cylinder case 4.
