PURPOSE: A concentrated milk has good quality in digestion and savory taste, and can be preserved at normal temperature and distributed in long period. CONSTITUTION: A concentrated milk passes through three times concentrating processes: at first, concentrating in -710 ¯ -730 mbar at 75°C for 2¯2.5 minutes or in -810 ¯ -825 mbar at 73¯75°C for 2¯2.5 minutes; secondly, -710 ¯ -730 mbar at 55-58°C for 4 minutes or in -810 ¯ -825 mbar for 4minutes; thirdly, -710 ¯ -730 mbar at 50-52°C for 3 minutes or in -810¯-825 mbar at 60-62°C for 4 minutes. The concentrated raw milk is transferred into surge tank, pre-heated in pre-heating tank for one minute, and pasteurized in sterilizer(DAS1 T/A) at 143-145°C for 4 seconds. The sterilized and concentrated raw milk is homogenized in the pressure of 150 bar, cooled to 20°C and packed.
