PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely enable recording and reproducing information by positioning an optical recording medium as with respect to a laser irradiating means, an electronic image-pickup unit and an information recording system by means of the oblong hole of the optical recording medium, its notched part and also an adjusting member arranged in a transfer means. SOLUTION: This optical recording medium 20 is inserted to an inserting port as the notched part 23 as the lead, a rubber roller in the abutment state on a lower surface part 180b of a transfer means 180 starts rotating, and a medium 20 is held between the lower surface part 180b and the rubber roller. The notched part 23 is abutted on a positioning pin 183 which is projectingly arranged in the transfer means 180, the medium 20 arrives at a transfer origin position, and a hook is moved upward by keeping an engagement state with an engagement part. A clamper 184 is rotated clockwise with a fulcrum 189a of an L angle 189 as the center of turn. Then a positioning pin 187 enters into the oblong hole of the medium 120. The position of the recording medium 20 in the width direction is adjusted by the operation of the tip inclining part 187a of the pin 187. |
