<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for sending e-mail in voice through telephone. SOLUTION: At a vocal e-mail transmission request from a telephone network 1, a voice output device 6 guides a user to vocally input the corresponding mail address of an e-mail network and a mail body, a voice recognition device 5 performs character conversion, and a controller 4 edits and sends the mail address and body to the e-mail network. The guidance for the oral statement is given preferably by recording, specially, a human voice.</p> |
