PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe exercise device capable of promoting further improvement in the motor function of toe in addition to the natural and sure recovery of original motor function and shape of toe. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pedestal 2 for placing a foot 16 thereon, a roller 5 provided at a position where it is turned with the toe of the foot 16 placed on the pedestal 2, a detection part for detecting the rotating state of the roller 5, a display part for displaying data detected by the detection part and a load applying mechanism for applying a load to disturb the rotation of the roller 5. The load for disturbing the rotation of the roller 5 is applied by the load applying mechanism and the roller 5 is rotated by the toe of the foot 16 placed on the pedestal 2.
