PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage cover capable of getting along without preparing for various kinds of drainage covers while easily dealing with alterations in an external form of a leader, eliminating the use of a cover body when the external form thereof is connected to the maximum round or angular leader, and dealing with the alterations in the external form of the leader by a small number of cover bodies accordingly. SOLUTION: A drainage cover is provided to the lower end of a leader, and it covers a joint place between the leader and a drain pipe buried in the ground. A first insertion hole 2 corresponding to a round or angular external form of the leader capable of being connected to the drain pipe is made in the upper surface 1a of a drainage cover main body 1, a cover body 3 having a second insertion hole 4 corresponding to the external form of the leader smaller than the first insertion hole 2 is mounted to the upper part of the drainage cover main body 1 in a replaceable manner.
