PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension stabilizing tool for a yarn being reeled, capable of stably reeling the yarn from a yarn supplying body in the form of cheeze, cone, etc., and adjusting the tension of the yarn being reeled simply. SOLUTION: A tension stabilizing tool is structured so that it has a supporting ring 1 having a circular hole of a specified diameter, a plurality of resilient wires 2 are curved convex toward the center of the circular hole are provided at the inside surface of the supporting ring 1 in a ring-shaped arrangement intersecting one another, wherein the supporting ring 1 is formed from a first ring member 11 and second ring member 12 capable of rotating relatively round one command shaft. One end of each resilient wire 2 is fixed to the first ring member 11 while the other end fixed to the second 12, the they 11 and 12 are rotated for a specified angle so that the curving shape of each wire 2 is made variable for adjustment.
