PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with measuring works of operators as practiced in conventional cases when a fluid such as concrete or the like is filled in a long space and efficiently carry out the filling work by accurately grasping the filling condition of the fluid in a real time. SOLUTION: This method is a filling management method in the case that a fluid C is filled from one side of a long space to the space by a pump 3. A distance sensor 5 detecting the distance to the surface of the fluid is installed at the other side of the long space and the filling quantity of state of the fluid C is operated on the basis of the detected data of the distance sensor 5 and the data are shown on a display 14. Operators adjust the operational conditions of the pump 3 while watching the display 14.
