REFRIGERATOR AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a refrigerator in which an antisweating unit is protected against damage and the gap between an intermediate baffle plate and a side plate is eliminated by a structure wherein the bend of the intermediate baffle plate does not abut against the antisweating unit when it is inserted into the inserting part of the side plate. SOLUTION: Two antisweating units are arranged at such a pitch as they can be contained in the vertical thickness of an intermediate baffle part 5 with the lateral side thereof being held between the intermediate baffle part 5 and the rear side of an intermediate baffle plate 4. The longitudinal side is held between the front face of an inner box 2 and the side plate and coupled at the end of the intermediate baffle plate by bending work. A steps 9 of substantially same thickness as the double flange 10 of the side plate 1 is provided at the end of the intermediate baffle plate 4 and a bend 8 is provided at the end thereof so that the antisweating units 3 are not arranged on the rear surface thereof. According to the structure, a product having stabilized quality can be produced inexpensively.
