PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject decomposition product capable of selectively inhibiting the production of an IgE antibody by dissolving the sell walls of bacteria belonging to the genus Corynebacterium, the genus Brevibacterium and the genus Microbacterium, and variants thereof. SOLUTION: The objective decomposition product having immunoregulation activities of selectively inhibiting the production of an IgE antibody is obtained by dissolving the cell walls of bacteria belonging to the genus Corynebacterium (e.g. Corynebacterium glutamicum IAM 12435) and/or the genus Brevibacterium (e.g. Brevibacterium flavum) and/or the genus Microbacterium (e.g. Microbacterium ammoniaphilum ATCC 15354), and/or variants derived from these bacteria, by allowing a glycosidase-type enzyme and/or an endopeptidase- type proteolytic enzyme to act on the bacteria and/or the valiants.
