<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide bar for a screw post with which a sharp groove can be speedily and easily worked while suppressing the deletion of dentin to a minimum and the satisfactory fitting force of the screw post can be provided. SOLUTION: This guide bar for working a groove on the inner wall of a hole is formed by expanding a root canal of a tooth, as preprocessing for burying the screw post in the hole, a main body 10 of the guide bar is composed of a stem part 11 reducing the diameter thereof toward the top end and plural ring-shaped projecting blades 12 arranged and formed at prescribed intervals on the stem part 11, and fine diamond particles 13 are electrodeposited on the surface of the main body 10 of the guide bar. The pitch of plural blades 12 at the top end part is set smaller than the others.</p> |
