PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce alloy powder having a uniform compsn. without using a device requiring elaborate stages such as melting and pulverizing and iron powder suitable for reduction reaction or denickeling, or the like. SOLUTION: A metal required for an object alloy is dissolved in an acidic soln. having acidity equal to or above that of carbonic acid, and, into the obtd. soln. of metallic acid salt, a suitable amt. of neutralizer composed of a soln. of the carbonate of ammonia, alkali metals or alkaline-earth metals or carbonate water is charged while it is stirred. The solid content produced here is separated from a filtrate and is discharged, which is subjected to the treatment of each stage of water-washing, dehydrating drying and reducing.
