PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item coated with an epoxy resin powder coating which is non-halogen and shows excellent fire retardation while keeping anti-humidity essential for an electric insulation coating. SOLUTION: This coated item has not less than two coated layers, each being coated with an epoxy resin powder coating containing an epoxy resin, a hardening agent and a filler as essential components wherein the innermost layer is coated with a non-fire retarded powder coating and the outermost layer is coated with a fire retarded powder coating obtained by mixing a phosphorous compound therein, the amount thereof being not less than 2.0%, as phosphorous, of the sum (by weight) of the epoxy resin and the hardening agent.
