PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard net to be used as a partition and a tonneau board within a luggage room, capable of preventing loosening of a net, improving appearance, effectively securing rear visual range, contributing to a safety operation and to surely mounting and holding packages. SOLUTION: One side end edge 30a of a net 30 is fixed to a shaft for fixing 20 on one side and the other side end edge 30b of the net 30 is mounted on a shaft for fixing 21 on the other side via an elongating and contracting member 40 such as a rubber band. By an elongating and contracting action of this elongating and contracting member 40, a dimensional difference of each specification is absorbed, loosening of the net 30 can be controlled and a guard net 10 is made common to each specification.
