PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a fluorescent latent image which enables formation of the fluorescent latent image excellent in transferability and gradation properties, and a print wherein the fluorescent latent image is formed. SOLUTION: A fluorescent latent image transfer film 1 wherein a fluorescent ink layer 3 formed of a resin binder containing a fluorescent agent is provided on one surface of a heat-resistant base film 2 is used. First, the fluorescent latent image transfer film 1 is laid on an intermediate transfer medium 21 so that the surface side (the side whereon the fluorescent ink layer is formed) of the film is in contact with the medium, and the fluorescent ink layer 3 of the film 1 is heated in an arbitrary pattern from the rear side by a heating element 22 such as a thermal head (a). A fluorescent latent image 11 is once formed on the surface of the intermediate transfer medium 21 (b). Then, an adhesive layer 7 is provided (c). The medium 21 having this adhesive layer 7 provided is laminated on a body 10 to be subjected to transfer, so that the adhesive layer 7 is in contact with the surface of the body, and made to adhere to the body integrally and thereby a print 9 having the fluorescent latent image 11 formed on the surface of the body 10 is obtained (d). |
