PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash a part to be washed at a low cost and with high efficiency by moving a moving body at such velocity that liquid is jetted to the part at high pressure by a high pressure jetting means before detergent of the part is solidified after detergent is sprayed by a spraying means to dissolve pollutant of the part. SOLUTION: Two water supply pipes 2, 3 are arranged side by side parallel to each other on the inner wall surface of each of base plates 1 extending in the vertical direction, and these pipes 2, 3 are provided with plural high pressure jetting nozzles and are connected to a water tank 17 through a high pressure pump. A detergent feeding pipe 12 fitted onto the inner wall surface of each of base plates 11 extending in the vertical direction, and this pipe 12 is provided with plural detergent nozzles and is connected to a detergent tank 18 through a pump. The base plates 1, 11 are arranged near the rear end in the advancing direction of a sprinkler truck and at the front thereof respectively. The sprinkler truck is moved at such velocity that before the detergent of the part to be washed is solidified after the detergent is sprayed from the detergent nozzles to dissolve the pollutant of the part to be washed, liquid is jetted to the part at high pressure by the high pressure jetting nozzle.
