PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weather resistant adhesive properties of a colored layer by forming a sheet containing a polyolefin polymer as a main body as a base material, and laminating a primer layer obtained by crosslinking a thermoplastic resin and the colored layer containing a titanium oxide on a surface of the sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet containing a polyolefin polymer as a main body is formed as a base material, and a primer layer obtained by crosslinking a thermoplastic resin with a crosslinker and a colored layer containing a titanium oxide are sequentially laminated on a surface of the sheet. That is, in the case of printing the sheet 1 of the polymer, the layer 2 is previously provided, and the colored layer 3 containing a titanium oxide, a thermoplastic resin and a coloring agent or the like are laminated thereon. A design pattern layer 4 is laminated thereon, and a transparent resin coating layer 6 is laminated on the layer 3 or the layer 4. Or, before forming the layer 6, a primer layer 5 may be laminated, and a rear surface primer layer 8 may be laminated in meaning of improving adhesive properties with another base plate on the rear surface.
