PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the lifting and feeding efficiency of a pachinko ball lifting and feeding device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an introducing means for introducing pachinko balls into a spiral groove group 10 formed in the outer periphery of a cylindrical body, and the introducing means of the pachinko ball lifting and feeding device is provided with a short cylindrical body surrounding the lower end portion of the cylindrical body in a concentric circular manner, an annular space part 4g formed between the cylindrical body and the short cylindrical body to pass pachinko balls introduced into each spiral groove 10, a plurality of introduction hole groups 44 formed in the peripheral direction of the short cylindrical part to introduce pachinko balls, a guiding piece group 45 protruded from the inner peripheral surface of a plate part group positioned between the adjacent introduction holes 44, and an introduction space group 45b formed by the adjacent guiding piece groups 45 sandwiching each introduction hole 44. Each introduction space part 45b is formed in a shape such that during one rotation of the cylindrical part, a plurality of pachinko balls are, introduced from a single introduction hole 44 into a single spiral groove 10.
