PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of a game control means for controlling the delivery of balls by allowing or prohibiting a ball dispenser to deliver lent balls based on the detection result on whether there are lent balls waiting in the ball dispenser or not. SOLUTION: Prize balls are delivered by a prize ball device 97a based on the instruction information sent from a game control board 31, and lent balls are delivered by a ball dispenser 97b based on the information communication with a device operated regardless of the control by the game control board 31. When it is judged that there are waiting lent bass based on the output of a lent ball detecting means detecting the lent balls waiting in the ball dispenser 97b in a deliverable state, the ball dispenser 97b is allowed to deliver the lent balls. When it is judged that there are no waiting lent balls, the ball dispenser 97b is prohibited to deliver the lent balls.
