PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having a high balance of impact strength, heat seal and hot tuck properties with easily tearing properties and used for films, etc., of refill vessels by blending a specific copolymer with a specific polyethylene. SOLUTION: This polyethylene-based polymer composition for easily tearing film is a composition comprising (A) an ethyleneα-olefin copolymer component having the following properties; carbon atoms in theα-olefin is 4-12, a melt flow rate (abbreviated as MFR) is 0.1-20 g/10 min., a density [abbreviated as (d)] is 0.880-0.930 g/cm3, a coefficient of variation of composition distribution obtained from the formula Cx=σ/SCBave (σis a standard deviation of a crude component distribution; SCBave is an average value of short chain branches) is <=0.5 and a weight ratio (a) (wt.%) of the soluble part in cold xylene satisfies equation I and a low density polyethylene obtained by a high pressure radical polymerization having properties such as 0.1-50 g/10 min. MFR, 0.910-0.935 g/cm3 (d) and a swell ratio satisfies equation II.
