PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the flow of information and to improve the processing speed and the processing accuracy by providing a first LAN for transmitting and receiving the manufacturing management information and a second LAN for transmitting and receiving the control information, and independently processing the manufacturing management information and the control information. SOLUTION: The data on production plane, the operation order, the management of the stock of material, the operation past history and the like of each process are stored in the data base 1a of a server 1. The server 1, the process management and observation terminals 1a-2d for selecting the kinds of products to be manufactured, registering the receiving material, displaying the actual result of manufacturing, and the like, and the process indication devices 3a-3d for setting the operation data of a manufacturing equipment, managing the progress, collecting the operation actual result data and the like are connected to one another transmittably and receiveably through LAN-1. The controllers 7a-7e for controlling the operation of the manufacturing equipment are installed mutually connected by LAN-2. The actual operation data of the controllers 7a-7d are outputted to the process indication devices 3a-3d connected to them respectively.
