METHOD FOR DUST CAPTURE

PURPOSE: Disclosed is a method for removing dust on filtering sheet of pulse-jet dust filtering collector. The compressed air is sprayed into the filtering sheet through a hollow cylindrical distributor to remove the adsorbed dusts. CONSTITUTION: The hollow cylindrical distributor installed on the surface of bag cage plays a critical role to contact evenly compressed air with the overall area of the filtering sheet as well as to change its flow pattern. The distributor structures in hollow cylindrical shape and has the multiple holes on the surface. After installation the distributor in the bag cage, the compressed air is passed through the holes to get the mid zone in addition to upper and lower parts of filtering sheet. To increase a distributing efficiency of the distributor, hole diameter and porosity of the distributor may be designed as small as possible. 21-44% of porosity is preferable and the length of the distributor is preferably a half length of the filtering sheet.
