WATER LEVEL PERCEPTING SENSOR OF A DRUM WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A water level sensor is provided to improve the productivity and the quality by assembling an air trap with few components. CONSTITUTION: An air trap(23) contains an air pipe(23a) to connect a hose(15) through a clip(26). The air trap(23) is integrally formed under a tub(22) to reach washing water. An opening is formed under the air trap(23) to be sealed with a cap(25) after installing a thermistor(17). The thermistor(17) is installed on the air trap(23) with a packing(24) to detect a temperature of washing water inside the tub(22). The cap(25) pressurizes the lower part of the thermistor(17) to compress the packing(24). The packing(24) contains an opening to contact the upper face of the thermistor(17) with the washing water. The air trip to detect a water level is assembled with few components. Thereby, the productivity is improved by conveniently assembling and the quality is improved by preventing a leakage of water.
