In plastic closures (1) having a bottom part (2) and a cap (2) forming a single piece with said hinge (4), the tamperproof element (10) is directly formed on the cap. The invention aims at enabling separate manufacturing of the tamperproof element (10) in a more cost-effective and economical manner despite the fact that an additional manufacturing step is required during manufacturing. The tamperproof element (10) consists of an open or closed ring-shaped or clamp-shaped band (11) which is retained with positive or non-positive fit by fixing means (12, 13) on both parts of the closure, i.e. the bottom part and the cap. |
