PURPOSE: A manual transmission synchronizer for a vehicle improves a shift feeling by sequentially indexing and engaging a sleeve to a synchronizer ring. CONSTITUTION: A power transmitted to an input shaft(1) is transmitted through a hub(5), a sleeve(11), a clutch gear(21) and a speed gear(31) to another speed gear engaged with an output shaft. Thus, a smooth feeling is ascended and a crash noise is reduced by the multi-step indexing and engaging of the sleeve(11) and a synchronizer ring. Thus, the shift feeling of a manual transmission is improved. The lengths and the widths of the teeth of the sleeve(11), an index and the synchronizer ring are different with each other.
