PURPOSE: Provided is a device for taking off and covering vinyl and heat insulating covers on the surface of an inner vinyl house at a time, which can manage the heat insulation of the vinyl house easily with reducing damages of the vinyl and the covers. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a prop(2) stood in the house and divided into two parts of which one part has an insertion groove(207) inside where the other part is inserted and fixed with a bolt to let a height of the device be adjusted, a rotation axis(3) installed at a groove(204) formed at a top end of the support, a fixing plate(208) with an elongate hole(206) that is attached to the bottom part of the prop, a supporting plate(201) fixed to the ground by a screw shaped inlet port(202) and fastened to the bottom of the fixing plate connected to the prop with a bolt and a nut through the elongate hole to let location of the device be adjusted, a plurality of length adjustable supports(301) attached to the rotation axis at regular intervals, a connecting pole(6) coupled to end parts of the supports, and a motor connected to the rotation axis for rotating the axis toward opening and closing directions of the device.
