PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the response times of equipment mounted on electric cars by exchanging information between a central device and terminal devices at a certain cycle and by using a token passing transmission system in which the information is shared by the central and terminal devices. SOLUTION: A central device 7 transmits all its data to the terminal devices 1 of all of electric cars and, when the data transmission ends, transfers its transmission right to the terminal device 1 of the car No.1. The data of the terminal device of the car No.1 are transmitted to the central device 7 and the terminal devices 1 of all of the cars except itself and its transmission right is transferred to the terminal device 1 of the car No.2 upon the end of the transmission. The terminal device of the car No.2 transmits the data to the central device 7 and the terminal devices 1 of all of the cars except itself. The data transmissions are performed to the terminal device 1 of all the cars and the central device 7 and, when the transmission right is transferred to the terminal device 1 of the last car, the central device 7 regains the right and transmits the data in the same manner. This system enables a countermeasure for a failure to be performed speedily in accordance with a program installed in advance. |
