摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and thin type clamp mechanism having a small diameter with little in generation of a disk tilt for a small and thin type appliance using a disk having a small diameter and a high recording density. SOLUTION: A disk, in which the vicinity of the central hole of an optical disk 1 is formed into a thick wall structure 1a, the ridge line 11b between a laser beam inputting side surface and the inner surface of the central hole is formed into a radius part or C partitioning and the outer periphery of the opposite side thick wall part is formed into a tapered shape, is used. A radius part is provided in the ride line 2b of the projected part of a turntable, and the positional deviation of the disk in loading is correctly aligned. A clamper part is wedged in the tapered part of the outer periphery of the thick wall part in the vicinity of the central hole of the optical disk, and the optical disk is pressurized against the turntable in the flat part 11a where the taper is terminated.
