PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding putty capable of easily shielding an electromagnetic wave and preventing dust from infiltrating. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic shielding putty, in which a conductive material and a polymer resin are kneaded, the conductive material is a carbon black, a metal powder, or a metal paste, and the polymer resin is a unvulcanized rubber such as a nitrile-butadiene rubber, a styrene-butadiene rubber, a butadiene rubber, a natural rubber, a butyl rubber, or a chloroprene rubber, or an emulsion, a paste resin of a polyvinyl chloride resin. The conductive material reduces electrical resistance, gives an electromagnetic shielding performance. The polymer resin keeps the conductive material a putty-like product, and a plasticizer and a flexibilizer adjust the workability of the putty. Furthermore, a tackifier is added to improve the workability, when a putty is used.
