The apparatus is provided with: a first one-way clutch (F1); a second one-way clutch (F2); a first power transmission path (Pa1) through which power transmission from a rotor (4) to the vehicle wheels is possible; and a second power transmission path (Pa2) constituted by an engine rotation transmission member (13), the first one-way clutch (F1), and a linking member (63), through which power transmission from an internal combustion engine (2) to an oil pump (80) is possible, and which intersects the first power transmission path (Pa1) by an intersecting portion (PX). An engaging element (K0), the first one-way clutch (F1), and the second one-way clutch (F2) are situated to one side of the first power transmission path (Pa1). |
