PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor surrounded with a magnetic core of simple construction with good heat-radiation characteristics, while being manufactured easily. SOLUTION: An inductance device comprises a long thin conductor 10 and a metal magnetic core 19 fitted to the conductor 10 to surround it. The core is formed of, for example, an amorphous metal alloy as a laminate, with the laminated body being insulated from each other with an insulating layer.
