The building contains a service system, e.g. heating, air conditioning, water plant with pipes and installations (4,5,7,8,9). All installations which may be combined in one unit, are fitted into a room cell (2) and connected before the cell is fitted into the building, and connected to the mains/circuit. All parts of the system located outside the cell, can be introduced into the building before and after insertion of the cell, and connected to installations in the cell via openings in the brickwork. All openings and connection points are provided during construction of cell walls, floor, and ceiling.
