PURPOSE: A functional pigments is provided which has a far-infrared radioactivity, an anion discharging property and an electronic wave absorptivity and controls the humidity. CONSTITUTION: A functional pigments comprises: (i) 30-70 wt.% charcoal; (ii) 30-70 wt.% liquid phase binder; and (iii) 0-40 wt.% spice and pigment. By hanging the lining paper prepared by coating the functional pigments on the one surface of the lining paper in an amount of 100-300 grams/square meters and hot-air drying it at a temperature of 50-70°C on the surface of the wall of a building constructed by cement, it is possible to easily eliminate an offensive smell generated from cement and harmful components and make the external appearances of the various structures beautiful and improve the durability by preventing the damage such as corrosion and the like. |
