PURPOSE: A method for centralizing base stations is provided to install an optic repeater appropriately in an optical line terminal to transmit and receive base station signals through the optical line, centralizing base stations in an identical location. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of optic repeaters(40-44) are connected to a BTS(Base-station Transceiver Subsystem) center(30) through the optical line. A BSC(Base Station Controller)(20) and the BTS center(30) are connected using a DS3 digital signalling system. Base stations are centralized in the BTS center(30), and the signals of the base stations are transmitted to user terminals through the optic repeaters(40-44).
