PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled egg-slicing device capable of continuously feeding boiled eggs and then slicing the fed boiled eggs into sliced pieces used for sandwiches, salads, etc., and thereby enabling the sanitary and massive production of the sliced boiled egg pieces by a manufacturer of sandwiches, salads, etc. SOLUTION: This device for slicing boiled eggs is obtained by disposing a vertically movable egg receiver 3 at the tip of an egg-feeding chute 1 for transferring shell-removed boiled eggs, disposing an egg-pressing member 7 and a slicing member 5 having plural parallel blades on both the sides of the lower position of the moved egg receiver, respectively, in a mutually faced state, and further disposing a carrying means such as a carrying disk 8 on the outside of the slicing member 5. Thus, the boiled eggs can continuously and automatically be sliced in a prescribed thickness. |
