PURPOSE: A device for protection of CONSTITUTION: In case of detecting a specific code(code1) in input data, an output data is generated by a playing back process. In case of not detecting the certain code while detecting the identified set number with a present set, the data is recorded in the same set. Thus, a normal playing back is operated. When the set number is different while detecting a certain code(code2), the data is recorded in the different set. Thus, the normal playing back is prevented. Herein, if the certain code(code2) is not detected while detecting the same card number with an inserted card, the normal playing back is operated.
