PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a maneuvering function and simplify operation. SOLUTION: A side clutch disengagement member 64 is formed which automatically-disengages the side clutch of a rotating inward rear wheel by detecting the direction switching operation of a front wheel 4 operated by a steering wheel. Right and left side clutch pedals are connected in parallel to the side clutch disengagement member 64, to right and left clutch levers 63 engaging and disengaging right and left side clutches.
