PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade exhausting of mixed air and to simplify pipings of a fuel supply channel and a return channel. SOLUTION: The fuel flow controller comprises a control pump 9 having a variable output at a fuel supply passage for sucking fuel from a fuel tank and supplying the fuel to a fuel injection nozzle, and a constant differential pressure pump 13 for applying a constant output to the output of the pump 9. A return channel from the nozzle is provided at fuel supply passages of the pumps 9, 13. As the pump 9, a plunger type pump is used, and a vent hole 42 of a magnetic rod and a solenoid valve variable chamber constitute a part of the return channel. As the pump 13, a plunger type pump is used, a plunger operating chamber, a vent hole of a magnetic hole and a solenoid variable chamber constitute a part of the fuel supply passage.
