SOLUTION: After a plurality of connection tools 6 having a foldable restraining wing 6c on the either side of right and left downward on the upper end of an upright wall 6a and having a fixed wing extending right and left on the lower end are fixed on a roof attaching base material 5 comprising a metal-made rigid long body, the roof attaching base material 5 is attached in the form of bridging on a purlin 2, after the rise edge part 4 of adjacent synthetic resin-made roof materials 3 are arranged in the form of mutually butting on both sides of the upright wall 6a, the restraining wing 6c is folded right and left downward, and the synthetic resin-made roof material 3 is attached to a building by restraining a rise edge part 4.
